Steam Boiler

We offer steam boilers used for generating low pressure and high pressure steam. The latter is suitable for generating electrical energy and heat - cogeneration, while low pressure steam is indispensable in performing technological processes. We generate steam by evaporating water in tubes which are exposed to radiation heat and flue gases.

Our product range offers two types of systems for generating low pressure steam MODUL D/R/H and TPVb with a furnace, suitable for attaining maximum working pressure 22 bar (319 psig) and maximum amount of produced steam 12 t/h.

In biomass systems where overheated and high pressure steam is required we adjust to your desires as every project needs to be treated individually.

All boilers meet European regulations and are tested for pressure in the factory.

Basic characteristics of biomass systems MODUL D/R/H:

  • maximum amount of produced steam 5 t/h,
  • maximum working pressure 10 bar (145 psig), 184°C (363,2 F) saturated steam,
  • boiler fully integrated with the furnace,
  • horizontal construction of boilers,
  • water in the boiler is heated by flue gases in the tubes

Basic characteristics of biomass systems TPVb with a furnace:

  • maximum amount of produced steam 12 t/h,
  • maximum working pressure 22 bar (319 psig), 220°C (428 F) saturated steam,
  • independent furnace and heat exchanger,
  • horizontal construction of heat exchangers,
  • water in the boiler is heated by flue gases in the tubes
