Hot-Water Boiler

Hot water boilers are designed to provide heat for industrial buildings and manufacturing processes where high pressure and temperature are required.

We offer two types of biomass systems MODUL H/R/H and BHH with a furnace suitable for attaining maximum water temperature of 204°C (399,2 F) and working pressure 16 bar (232 psig).

All boilers meet European regulations and are tested for pressure in the factory.

Basic characteristics of biomass systems MODUL H/R/H:

  • 800 kW – 4 MW power range,
  • maximum water temperature 204°C (399,2 F)
  • maximum working pressure 16 bar (232 psig)
  • boiler fully integrated into the furnace,
  • horizontal construction of boilers,
  • water in the boiler is heated by flue gases in the tubes

Basic characteristics of biomass systems BHH:

  • 1 MW – 12 MW power range,
  • maximum water temperature 204°C (399,2 F)
  • maximum working pressure 16 bar (232 psig)
  • independent furnace and boiler,
  • vertical construction of boilers,
  • water in the boiler is heated by flue gases in the tubes
